Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your product within 14 days after delivery.

Conditions for Returns

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

• We cannot accept returns for opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
